CANCELLATIONS

Once your order has been received by Whipped Cream Skincare and processed we are unable to accommodate a cancellation request.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable, Whipped Cream Skincare will process a full refund to the customer. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent via email.
REFUND

Please allow 10-14 Business days once your refund has been approved, this will exclude shipping costs.
RETURNS

If your item is defective, or you experience packaging error photographic evidence will need to be sent to our customer care team via email.

Your order must be unused and in the original packaging. No returns or refunds will be processed if your order has visibly been used.

Whipped Cream Skincare does not offer exchanges or refunds if you do not like the product.

Once Whipped Cream Skincare received your returned item, our team will inspect the returned item. Feedback will be sent via email. If your refund has been approved we will generate a payment within 10-14 Business days.

For all orders, Please note that these are made to order so allow 1-3 days for your order to be made, packaged and sent. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped
